Merion Ellis I found the course easy to understand.  Having the course broken down into smaller parts, using different forms of simple exercises and ways of using FREEWAY-CER kept my mind stimulated.  It has useful benefits for myself as a therapist, using the different exercises e.g. mediations, breathing and chi gung to keep my own energy as well very strong.  I feel I will use all I have learnt with my clients and myself.
