FEAR OF NEEDLES USING FREEWAYCER TOGETHER WITH HYPNOSIS

Alan read and completed the Disclaimer form, he wasn’t on or receiving any form of medical care or treatment.

Alan  is a normal healthy 48 year old farmer, he had to attend hospital the following day to have some blood taken for tests. I asked him if he could relate his fear of needles to anything specific. He said he couldn’t put his mind on anything just then. He just has this fear of needles and his sister said I could help.

I asked how recently he felt most apprehensive about this situation, He replied, he had been bothered by it on and off all day.
He decided Tuesday fear of needles feeling as his Focus Phrase.

1. He located tender point at back of head, left side.
2. He recited R.A.R.P. "I accept myself completely and I am now willing to let go of this Tuesday fear of needles feeling and all it’s uncomfortable limiting effects" three times.

I asked him to yawn, No problem. Measured M.I.L. it was at 10. After two rounds of tapping the M.I.L was down to 7.

Done three more rounds of tapping Measured M.I.L each time, it was now down to 2. One more round and M.I.L was at 0 (zero). He did the invoicing procedure. "I have now let go of this Tuesday fear of needles feeling forever, on all levels of my being and through all times, past, present and future." three times.

Then he performed the tummy rub.

Alan said he was skeptical when he came first, but had to admit his fear seemed to have evaporated (Length of this session 45 minutes). I asked Alan if he would like to discover the cause of his fear as I could do this for him using hypnosis. Surprisingly he was very enthusiastic about this course of treatment. He never had hypnosis previously.

I explained the procedure of hypnosis and what to expect and then we began the session. He was a very eager subject and after 15 minutes approx was at the level I wanted him for this therapy.

I decided to record this session as I felt he would be more convinced hearing the source of his problem coming from his mouth. I asked Alan to allow his mind to flow gently backwards to time he had any treatment involving needles. Soon he could recall being in hospital for a jaundice problem at age 25. On probing further gently, he could visualize the complete scene of his stay in hospital. He had felt very uncomfortable there and didn’t like it he had to have almost daily blood tests at the time. A very ignorant older nurse had broken two needles in his arm during this time and blamed him for the problem. Because of the circumstances and location of this incident and submitting to people he thought he could trust, he was left feeling very vulnerable. Since then his sub-conscious had requested needles with discomfort, both mental and physical.

On instructing Alan to go deeper and relax even more I gave him a very positive post hypnotic suggestion to the effect that from this time forward in any situations concerning needles that he was in control of how his body and person was treated and respected by others. I then brought Alan out of hypnosis. As standard procedure, I made sure of his alertness and that he understood everything that had gone on.

During a short discussion he said he was very surprised yet pleased to have discovered the underlying source of his fear. I again advised him, he was in complete control of how he allowed others to treat him and that he was completely within his rights to assert himself, if and when necessary. At this point he had a very broad smile on his face. He said he was glad he had come for this therapy and would be in touch again, concerning a woman he had his eye on. I assured him he was more than welcome and he left quite happy.  (Length of session 50 minutes).

Alan  phoned me the following evening, he went for his blood tests completely relaxed and felt no anxiety whatsoever and was very proud of himself.
